Staff88 XpressCount app for iPhone and iPad

Staff88 XpressCount is a handy utility for childcare/daycare providers to take quick head count of children and staff at the center through out the day. Instead of using clipboard, user can use the app installed on a mobile device to walk around the center conveniently while taking head count by classroom. The head count along with ratio status (overstaffed or understaffed) is posted to the Center Director mobile device or web account so that Center Director can make staff scheduling decision to manage the center labor cost.

The app comes in two modes: Quick and Detail Mode. The Quick Mode functions like a simple Head Count Calculator where user can input a head count number for children and staff by classroom.

In Detail Mode, the mobile app allows user to:
- Check in/out individual child and staff for each classroom
- Move children from one classroom to another
- Post daily headcount updates to your Staff88 account on the web

The Detail Mode comes with additional Labor Management Tools with functions to help:
- Manage children transitions
- View daily Staff Scheduling at 15-min intervals
- Forecast children and staff headcount up to 2 weeks
- Get Cost Alerts related to Overstaffing and Overtime
